Orders are processed within up to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with tracking information.

Shipping Locations
We ship Australia-wide for all products. For small items, we also offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that mobility scooters are not available for shipping - we recommend visiting our store at 12 Lake Road, Swansea NSW 2281 to see the scooter in person and take a test drive before purchase.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, item size, and weight. We use Trans Direct and Australia Post to provide accurate shipping rates. The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email so you can monitor your delivery progress.
